At RevTech, we jump at the opportunity to work with the brightest MBA students and connect them with our portfolio companies 

The RevTech MBA Fellowship is a 10-week program that offers highly motivated MBA students a holistic startup and venture capital experience in retail technology.

 

Through this program, students will have an unprecedented opportunity to learn venture capital principles through the lens of retail technology while getting an immersive experience working with fast-growing startups and gaining access to direct mentorship from one of our influential mentors from the RevTech. 

 

With the ongoing pandemic, there’s no better time to provide students the necessary tools to lead the next wave of innovative ideas and rise up to the upcoming challenges post COVID-19. We look forward to reviewing your application!

Fellowship Overview
  • Receive world-class VC education through a retail lens from a top VC firm

Learn

Venture capital fundamentals through a retail tech focused lens, deal sourcing, the RevTech due diligence process, and acceleration strategies for startups

Engage

One-on-one with seasoned RevTech Mentors and get to know the RevTech venture fund through weekly discussion groups and networking opportunities

Apply

Your skills and gain hands-on experience working directly for a startup from RevTech's portfolio in a project area of growth, management, or development.

Candidate Qualifications

​At RevTech, we are dedicated to investing in the next generation of entrepreneurs and investors committed to transforming the retail industry

  • Must be currently enrolled in an MBA program

  • Demonstrated interest in retail or retail technology, with a clear passion for the startup ecosystem

  • Able to dedicate 10 hrs/wk to the program

  • Confident and positive self-starter with demonstrated eagerness to learn

  • Team player with strong written, interpersonal & verbal skills

  • Works well within a team and can be self-guided on a day-to-day basis

  • Smart, creative thinker and problem solver

  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and execute quickly

  • Work experience in marketing, venture capital, investment banking, or a startup/technology business is a plus, but not required

MBA Opportunities 
  • Receive a world-class venture capital education through a retail lens from a the top VC in retail technology

  • Spearhead a transformational project for one of our portfolio company CEOs, working closely with the executive team 

  • Gain 1-1 guidance through consistent mentorship from a RevTech mentor

  • Understand the goals and nature of VC, startups, and their relationships through concurrently gaining both perspectives to holistically understand the interactions and drivers among all stakeholders in the ecosystem

Greta has a passion for the retail technology and digital industries, and has built her career in these areas as a consultant with Deloitte Digital where she served a wide range of retail clients from small luxury players to big box discount stores. She has led large-scale tech implementations for Fortune 500 companies and advised tech startups on their go-to-market strategies. Greta has a BSE in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University and an MBA from The Wharton School.

Minhal is a rising second year MBA at The Wharton School. While at Wharton, he has embedded himself in the local entrepreneurship ecosystem through his own venture founded at UPenn. Before business school, Minhal was a management consultant at Boston Consulting Group with experience in the Consumer and Tech verticals.
